Creating a culture of learning

For some reason, successful training has become associated with leaving a training session with a thick binder of material (never to be opened again!). There is little in the way of interaction, practical exercises, or meaningful conversation about the difficult real-world obstacles that need to be overcome. The training classes are pre-packaged sessions that are taught the same way over and over again, regardless of the changing competitive landscape.

However, at BITanium, we believe that education and learning is a collaborative effort between trainer and trainees. Through interactive sessions, we hope to not only educate our clients about the features, functionality and business benefits of our solutions, but also provide real world example on how to incorporate the results into the operational environment, ensuring substantial ROI and success.
